I contacted Zanda for help with a passport application at the Latvian embassy. This process is entirely in Latvian, so as my Latvian isn’t strong, I needed a translator to help me. Zenda was brilliant, very responsive, and knows the process very well. She was very helpful before the appointment, giving advice on how to make the appointment, and then what details were needed in the forms. At the embassy appointment, she was very helpful in making sure I knew what was needed, and talking to the embassy staff for me. She is obviously experienced in this and the staff seemed to know her.
I really couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely use Zanda again when I next need to visit the embassy or do other work in Latvian.
