I am a certified linguist, a native speaker of HUNGARIAN and ROMANIAN, with a strong professional background achieved over 25 years working on various translation/revision projects, translation project management, brand/product name analysis, and teaching foreign languages.

I had a full-time translation traineeship (2004) at the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union, Luxembourg.

I worked as a translator/reviser (2006) at the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union, Luxembourg.

I am a chartered linguist – translator and language specialist since 2015. I am chartered by the Chartered Institute of Linguists – CIOL, London, UK.

                 

I graduated from the Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Letters, Applied Modern Languages, MA in Translation Studies and Terminology, Cluj, Transylvania, Romania.

I attended a Business English Language Course (Intensive English Program) at ZONI Language Centers in New York City, New York, U.S.A.

I attended Russian Language Courses at the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in Moscow, Russian Federation.

Member of the ATA – American Translators Association Member since 2005, USA.
