I am an ISO17100 certified English-Polish translator. This means I work to high industry standards and best practices. My work is fluent, accurate, and extremely professional.

My role is to facilitate easy communication, no matter the setting or topic. As such, impartiality, confidentiality and reliability are key, whether I’m working on English-Polish certified translations or Polish interpreting. My specialist areas include law, legal-medical, HR, international business, and finance. I have a wealth of experience offering English-Polish certified translations in these sectors, as well as interpreting. This means I am adept at using correct terminology and working with complex subject matters.

I thoroughly enjoy working with small-to-medium businesses, and developing long-standing working relationships. I am also particularly experienced in sensitive HR issues. This includes disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy procedures. Additionally, I am an experienced expert witness translator familiar with the terms of Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

English-Polish certified translation

Alongside standard translations, I also provide certified translations of Polish documents needed by organisations including the UK government. This includes birth certificates, tax declarations, bank statements for visa applications, and conveyancing process documents.

I instructed Agata on two personal injury claims where my clients were Polish and had limited English language skills.

Agata provided translation services throughout these claims which encompassed the translation of documents for my clients such as letters of advice, medical reports, witness statements, court documents and more. In addition, Agata attended medical appointments with one of these clients to ensure he was able to understand the questions put to him by experts.

English-Polish interpreting

I am skilled at consecutive and simultaneous interpreting and can adapt my services based on your needs. I am a member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) and adhere to their professional standards.

As an experienced English-Polish interpreter, I also offer sight translation. This involves reading a document in one language and translating it out loud in another language.
